Our Commitment to Quality
Every product we ship is meant to be installed and sold on to an end customer. That means "good enough" is never good enough — we hold our parts to the same standards we would expect if our own phones depended on them.
Quality is owned by everyone in the chain — from the buyer who selects a supplier to the packer who seals the box. We invest in training, calibrated equipment, and clear procedures so that the outcome does not depend on who happens to be on shift.
Sourcing & Supplier Audit
We work with a short list of vetted suppliers rather than the open market. Before a new line is approved we review:
- Manufacturing licences and authenticity of branded components (OEM vs. high-grade aftermarket).
- Factory audit results, including working conditions and environmental compliance.
- Sample batches tested against our specification before any bulk order is placed.
- Traceability — each lot carries a batch code we can tie back to its source.
Suppliers are re-evaluated on a rolling basis. A drop in quality on consecutive lots triggers a hold and corrective-action request before we resume purchasing.
Incoming Inspection (IQC)
When stock arrives at our warehouse it is not put away until it passes Incoming Quality Control:
- Quantity & paperwork: the delivery is reconciled against the purchase order and certificate of conformance.
- Visual check: surfaces, connectors, flex cables and labels are inspected for damage, corrosion or counterfeits.
- Sampling: AQL-based sampling is used so that a representative portion of every lot is physically examined.
- Quarantine: Anything suspect is isolated in a hold area and never mixed with approved stock.
Functional & Performance Testing
Where a part can be powered or measured, we test it rather than just look at it. Examples by category:
- LCD & OLED displays: colour, brightness, touch response, True Tone / 3D-Touch where applicable, and dead-pixel screening.
- Batteries: capacity vs. rated mAh, cycle count, internal resistance and safety-circuit verification.
- Charging & flex parts: continuity and functional checks on test rigs.
- Cameras & sensors: focus, image noise and sensor response where fixtures allow.
Test equipment is calibrated on a schedule and results are recorded against the batch code for traceability.
Grading & Classification
Where products are graded (for example refurbished or pre-owned items), we use a clear, consistent scale so the grade on the listing means the same thing every time:
- Grade A: Excellent — minimal or no cosmetic wear, fully functional.
- Grade B: Good — light signs of use, fully functional, no cracks on active areas.
- Grade C: Fair — visible wear, fully functional, suitable for budget repairs.
Any unit that is not fully functional is separated and never sold as graded stock.
Warranty & Lifetime Guarantee
Defective units are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing faults, handled through the same RMA process described in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Report dead-on-arrival (DOA) within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video.
- Approved warranty claims are replaced or refunded at no cost, including return shipping where required.
- Warranty excludes physical damage, water ingress or improper installation after delivery.
Certifications
Our operations are built around recognised international standards for quality, environment, safety and responsible recycling. Current certifications include:
Certification marks shown in the site footer link to the issuing bodies. Certificate copies are available on request.
Packaging & Handling
Damage in transit is a quality failure too, so packing is part of the standard:
- Anti-static and ESD-safe materials for sensitive components.
- Rigid mailers and cushioning sized to the part — no loose rattling.
- Clear labelling, including the batch code, so issues can be traced quickly.
- Fragile and liquid-crystal items given extra protection and orientation marks.
Continuous Improvement
We treat every return, complaint and DOA as data. Our quality team reviews claims weekly to spot trends — a supplier slipping, a test missing a fault mode, or a packing method that needs work — and feeds fixes back into the process. Procedures are version-controlled so the standard you read today is the one we are actually working to.
