Prices are shown in the currency specified on the Site and are exclusive of delivery charges and any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of a genuine pricing error we may cancel the order and refund any payment taken.

Wholesale or trade pricing, where offered, applies only to verified business accounts and is subject to separate minimum-order requirements.

Payment

Payment for orders must be made using one of the methods made available at checkout. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payments are processed securely through accredited third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. Where a payment fails, we will not dispatch the Goods until payment is successfully received.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within the stated handling time. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery or when the Goods are handed to the carrier, whichever is earlier.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges that may apply. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the Goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

• Certain items (e.g. adhesive, opened screen assemblies, or software-locked parts) may be excluded from return for hygiene or compatibility reasons.
• Returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) obtained from our support team before shipping goods back.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned Goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the Goods are faulty or were sent in error.

Warranty

Eligible Goods are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to defects arising from materials or workmanship and does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or physical abuse.
• Water or liquid damage, overheating, or exposure to unsuitable environments.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function.
• Goods that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by a third party.

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order reference and a description of the fault. We will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the affected Goods.

Product Use & Liability

Our Goods are intended for use by trained technicians and competent individuals performing device repairs. You acknowledge that device repair carries inherent risks, including damage to the device or personal injury if performed incorrectly.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from improper installation, compatibility issues, or use of the Goods outside their intended purpose. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of XS Phone Parts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
